4th star for Penix?

With the r100 releasing today and the 250 soon after and then the new 4 stars after that i would think Penix has a chance to get a bump and Martinez move into the 250. Any thoughts on this and who else we have that might get a bump? We already know a Taylor has moved up to 80 overall and b harris has been bumped outside the r100. Quite the fall for a guy that was top 60 and hasn't done anything to hurt his ranking this off-season that I'm aware of...
