So my Sprint online account was hacked this morning. They changed the email to receive notifications and allow access to data usage and to make purchases on my account. I quickly updated and secured the account before anything was purchased. I sent an IM to the gmail account they used but obviously did not receive a response. My question is how are they able to do this. My account login and security information was not known by anyone but me. I guess except for whoever hacked in this morning lol. Anybody dealt with this before on Sprint?
