The UT fans don't have to worry about Jones understanding his status in 2017, as teh media will do that for us.;
I really don't expect Tennessee to beat Vandy (defense) or Kentucky (will simply outscore our offense) for different reasons to finish out the year. They could not show up and beat Missouri and Tennessee Tech.
That would put us at 7-5, and near the bottom of the Eastern Division of the conference, and a total failure of a year.
The only player on the squad who has any respect for Jones is Dobbs, because any reasonably talented coach would have benched him.

Jones will have his spin/coach speak... you know, "resiliency BS" for looking ahead, but the year would be classified as a disaster.
The bowl game doesn't really matter, as the players will not be interested, and we will get matched up against "anybody U," who will want to win.
So we end up 7-6, behind everyone in the East, except Missouri.

Season tickets become reasonable and widely available again, stadium is a 3rd empty, and recruiting falls in the toilet. No coaching changes, as there is no one in place to force Jones' hand, and his ego, will not let him see the failures of key staff.

That is how I see it. DDVOL
