BRAJ - I have been around this site for many many years. I have been around for longer than my old months shield would have even reflected since I have changed my username way back. While I was at law school at UT, UTLegalEagle and myself would skip class every signing day and sit at a computer in the law lab, with numerous law professors, and have a party reading your site and watching the signatures roll in. To this day I take off on signing day.
I write this history in order to make a suggestion or two. We come to the site to read you insider information and to chat with other Vol Fans. I think most readers appreciate your accuracy and factually correct posts. But, it seems that none of your crew is willing to speculate on anything. I wish you would have one of the guys, be it Jesse or whoever, be able to speculate and give us more educated opinion before the fact. It seems a lot of questions that should be answered, are not getting answered because you are waiting to be 100% accurate. We pay to know what you guys THINK and BELIEVE as much as for just the facts. We can get the facts a day late from Hyams.
Here are some things that seem to be constant questions on here.. .
* What is going on with Jennings?
* Are you hearing any names on Strength Coach?
* What happened with Chris Weinke? He was here then gone like a thief in the night.
* What is the real story with Austin Thomas...he just quit LSU without knowing his role here?
* Does the traditional National Signing day set up better for the Vols with many schools filling up?
* What is up with Rush Propst? Are we waiting till January 15th to hire him as #10 and what do you speculate his job being?
* Which coaches are holding down the fort while CJP is gone?
* Is Scherer a done deal?
Some of these questions require educated speculation. You guys are in positions to have more info than we do with regards to the team. I realize you guys have a tough job and that the switching of regimes may dry up sources. I think you guys do a great job and I know you guys have a lot of character and class. I mean no disrespect with this post....just thinking out loud.
