95% of what I read about our running backs is about Hurd and Kamara (as it should be I suppose). I'm just wondering about Kelly, Young and Abernathy. Do they have good potential? What's the ceiling for them? Will they get a lot of carries in the BG game? What kind of backs are they (bruising, battering ram types or small and quick)? What former Vol running backs could you compare them to?
I'm just curious because I'm sure Hurd or Kamara will get "dinged up" at some point (or worse, given our luck with injuries so far) and miss some time and I'm curious what we can expect from the guys we have to replace them. I know they aren't at the level of Hurd and Kamara obviously but are they at least better than what we had behind Hurd and Lane last year?
