time recruiter or a big time developer of our players. I am sure there will be several on here who will disagree with me but I think we need someone to develop what we have now and what we have
coming in the future. This years recruitment is a good example. I think the majority of kids coming in are good athletes even tho they are not highly ranked.[ 3 star Butch] LOL. We need someone who can develop them into first class football players and get the most out of their abilities. By doing that the studs will come as they know they will be playing for those coaches who can coach them up to be super stars. JMO
