Bye week was very beneficial and productive.
SC good in redzone defense, forced 10 fumbles. Offensively pose challenge with 2 qb's. Great job of taking care of the ball. Real challenge for us.
Q: On injuries, could can you get done what you want on practice?
Having a youth development session and with the OL it was everyone who played against Alabama. It was very productive by week. It wasn't just getting in the training room. It was about getting better and guys in the training room got better mentally.
Q: on Dobbs growth?
It's been constant and never ending. When he speaks everyone listens. He always has a sense of calmness. He chooses to speak at the right time. Leader not only on our team, but on our campus and in our community.
Q: On Weisman as the tone setter?
Very, very competitive. He works hard everyday. You know what you are getting everyday. He plays with passion and energy and that's contagious. It spreads around the team. He plays our style of play. Great competitive character and great passion and love for the game.
Q: On challenges OL had for AL game?
You try to simulate live speed reps in practice. It's hard to duplicate then you see them against the number 1 team in the country. Some guys had to grow up in a hurry. It was an experience for some. They competed every snap. I told the true freshmen it was experiences they will rely on 2-3 years from now. I asked them what they learned from the experience of playing in that game and it was the response you would want to have which was great.
