I really hope that the NCAA moves on with this process quickly, though... I mean, for Pete's sake, did he pull a Boeheim? No. Give him a game or two suspension - if you have to - and call it a day. What Tyndall will do with more talent on the floor will be nothing short of exhilarating. He just needs a clean slate so that he can start putting together some recruiting classes.
