Well our coaches are expecting the TE's to block well & they don't (not their forte)
Our coaches expect Tillman & Johnson to get open regularly (never have with their speed).
Here's one thought, screw practice (Josh Dobbs), how about letting the best young aths play WR, & a few play DB, and 3rd & short how about a big frosh RB to get a 1st down?
Lastly, maybe the team would like Bailey because they already know what JG does, but it means at least their are consequences for bad play.
