you can figure out who will be the best QB coach (or ANY coach) simply by the numbers and brief statements you can read about them? Do you think that all that matters is their history on paper?
What about.....can the mesh and get along with their boss? It would seem to me that no matter how good they look on paper they should have the type personality that could get along with Butch...or their coordinator.
Would you hire someone that's a jerk simply because he could physically do the job correctly? Wouldn't personality count? Not that a guy needs to be their new best friend....he needs to be able to do the job too.....but I don't see how you could hire anyone that you wouldn't want to be around.
