who does so much of a good job that it's really annoying?
I don't just mean a hard worker- I'm talking about someone who's so obsessed with proving to you that they work hard and do a good job for the benefit of the company (or at least that's how they position their motives) that it drives you crazy?- so much so that they're constantly out of their jurisdiction and routinely delve into co-worker's duties in an attempt get things done the way they want them done.
And when you tell them "All we expect you to do is be here on time, leave on time, and do your job. You don't need to take on all of this extra responsibility. And, in fact, we don't want you to because others need to be able to be able to do their jobs without interference from you", they're either really offended or start to cry or both (yeah, a woman).
Can't I just get a friggin' lazy 20 something Auburn or UGA grad in here that I have to constantly kick in the rear?
I'd almost prefer to have to kick mules constantly than have to deal with the interoffice drama that comes with dealing with this person.
