hoped to go 2-2 during this four game stretch.

We won the two that had to be won on our side of the division and lost the two we could afford to drop.

Add to that a slew of injuries to guys that we absolutely couldn't afford to lose and two departures this week, and you get what you saw today- a 39 point loss to the best team in the country over the last 10 years who's in the middle of a run the likes of which modern college football has never seen.

It's unlikely that UF wins out and we likely will.

Some of you are more upset today after losing a game we were absolutely likely to lose than you were last week with a game we absolutely should have won.

The board was actually more tolerable last Saturday after 7 turnovers in a loss than it is today.

If you were gonna tool out, last week was the week for that.

The difference is we moved the ball last week and looked like we were dangerous.

This week, we got shut down by a pack of lions and couldn't do anything, but I can assure you it wasn't for a lack of trying.

Bama is like an experienced, grinding BJJ black belt with smothering shoulder pressure.

You can scheme and game plan all week or several weeks to get ready, but it doesn't much matter when you're on your back getting worked and can't breathe.

That was us, and no amount of better play calling or attempts to hide deficiencies was gonna change that.

They've made a lot of good teams look really bad the last several years, and they should, given the way they recruit and the level of coaching they receive.

Yeah, they're that good.

You clowns need to tip your cap and move on.
