Gameday parking

I haven't been on Cumberland since last fall, so I was wondering what the parking situation is going to be like this season on game days? We typically park in the lot behind Mellow Mushroom on the strip and walk to the stadium, but I have heard that Cumberland is a mess now. Would it be better to park somewhere in the Old City? Thanks.
