I think Hurley is a heck of a Coach. He's learned under some of the best in the business. As a point guard in college and the NBA he has experience to sell on the trail. I think he would recruit lights out. If you can't get him then get Will Wade and build the program around him. Make a long term commitment because it won't be fast. He'll have to learn on the job to run a large program but if he can recruit and coach the rest will come with time.
