powellz thread made me think of two situations that really bug me. Going up 7 after a TD very late in game. If you go for one you go up 8 and force a team to get a conversion if they score. However, if you go for two and get it you have just sealed the game. Minnesota's coach actually went for it up 7 and I loved the call this week even though he didn't convert. The percentages of 8 vs. 9 of winning game go up a ton.
Second example is when you score a TD and go up 15. Why in the hell do you not go for two and force it to a 3 possession game. This one is the one that bugs me the most. There is very little downside to it while the upside is huge!
