each and every day. You can't believe in the political games that are played faculty against faculty member, department against department and college against college. Who has the deans, or chancellor or president of department heads ear. Who is getting promoted is one of the most cut throat games that you have ever seen ot witnessed. Money is at the root of all these games. Having watched these games from the inside for over 20 plus years it is terrible and unforgiving. You watch daily has faculty and staff cut one another to threads. Personalities clash daily. FAculty fighting over what classroom that they will teach in and pull professoral rank to gain access to a certain classroom or lab and what time they want it. You witnessed that today and I think that it was the 3rd reason written in the termination to outside influence of money. This decision came from outside the university and this has been boiling for quite awhile and just watch more heads roll. They need to get rid of the Univerrsity head attorney for one who is way out there. You need to go and attend a BOT meeting to gain insight as to the games being played before and outside the BOT meeting.
