I have posted on this board numerous times about my issues with the VA, and he took the initiative and looked into what the heck was going on with my case. He was able to tell me exactly what they had been able to do for me, and after some seemingly unnecessary delays, after four years I FINALLY heard about my disability decision today.
This type of thing is why this board is so amazing. Sure we get in each other and disagree about all kinds of things on the Vols, but when somebody on this board needs any kind of help, people are always willing to jump up and offer support, or do their best to provide help/answers to their questions. Proud to be a member here!
