but there is nothing I can do. I bought a 60” LG TV about 3 1/2 years ago at Electronic Express and bought and additional 4 years of warranty since it was such a pricey item.
For the second time in 3 months it has quit working. This time however, it’s gonna cost so much to repair they are going to have to replace the TV. The repairman called me last Friday and said I would be getting a new TV. I called NSI the warranty company Monday, and they said it would be 3 to 5 days from last Friday. They told me to call Wednesday just in case it was done early.
Called Wednesday nothing. But was told approval was done the day before (Tuesday) not Friday and it would be 3 to 5days from then. Told to call Thursday to talk with supervisor.
Called Thursday’s and was told again approval was last Friday and everything was ready except Electronic Express had not notified them of replacement cost. Called Electronic Express and they haven’t gotten anything from NSI.
Friday I called and manager had email from person who responds to NSI and again stated they had not received anything. Called NSI and finally got a supervisor. Said they sent form to EE on Thurs.afternoon. I explained they didn’t have any form. She again stated they couldn’t do anything until EE returned form. I asked her if she was not listening as EE had no form. She said there was nothing she could do. I said can’t you resend the form as it appears to have disappeared in internet world. After hesitating she finally agreed to do that. Now I am waiting until Monday to see if she did what she said she would do. EE said they severed ties with them in January for this reason. I am so aggravated I can’t see straight.
