All of the off the field issues, QB transfers, coach issues will have an effect on the season. Their defense wasn't going to be any good regardless (They do have a great DE). Their offense should be ok, they do have some skill, but IMO the chemistry with a transfer QB, along with the coaching issues they have had will hurt them on offense as well.
I look at their schedule and I think 4-8 is possible.
