I don't see him out working the other GMs of the league to scout players in order to make informed player decisions. While he knows football and looks the part I would want my GM to not be on his 2nd career bc imo he's not as desperate to earn it or prove he has what it takes. Not saying he's bad or making horrible moves but I have my doubts he does the little things the top GMs in the league do not the OT needed to do that job at the highest level
