I am an assistant coach at a big school with a decent amount of recruitable athletes. My head coach talked to coach Pittman and Cheney recently. They both eluded to how important it is to like who you work with. My head coach dug a little deeper into what they meant by that, and they both talked about how miserable they are and how much they hate working with Kirby.
He also said he absolutely loves Pittman. Said he might be the smartest OL coach he's ever talked to and totally owned the room and would love to send his athletes to him....freakin Butch.
