From his press conference he feels that the current players have talent and may only need coaching to succeed. Teach them how to play the game correctly. The remark on Flowers "That he has no bad habits, because he has only played one year.." That is really telling about the impact of bad coaching (i.e. teaching poor fundamentals) on a player's success.
