Through the years and today in particular after reading a thread i have noticed that most people will argue their point to the death. Most will do this without any inkling of an open mind that someone on the opposing side can make an argument with a valid point or two. In many cases there is no such thing as an absolute. To be so closed minded that a person can’t even take into consideration the arguments of another person is juvenile and narrow. This is one of the biggest reasons today for the huge divide in our country and it carries right over into our message board. It was cool when you could have an opinion, discuss it with someone that totally disagrees, yet still be buddies and hang out afterward. Sorry, this was my soap box for today. It just drives me nuts sometimes.
