I keep seeing this logic that BK is going to kill it at LSU because he didn’t have the talent at Notre Dame. This is a joke. People acting like BK has just nothing to work with talent wise at Notre Dame.
He literally consistently had top 10 classes and even a couple top 3 classes. He recruited better than LSU on a couple of occasions. Currently has the number 3 recruiting class btw. He has recruited better than some schools in the SEC that have beaten Nick Saban and Kirby Smart. To try to make the excuse he couldn’t beat SEC teams because he didn’t have the talent is so dumb. To act like the talent at LSU and players he will land is light years better than what he has gotten at Notre Dame is ridiculous. Will it be a little better?? Yes. But not enough to transform him into the best coach that ever lived. The fact is people have done more with less at other schools and have beaten SEC teams.
He has recruited at a pretty high level at Notre Dame and has five stars and four stars all over his roster. It comes down to coaching. Not saying he won’t be good, but this logic that he was playing with Rutgers players at Notre Dame and now he has elite talent is not even remotely true.
