Brought in four friends from Chicago, whose biggest experience in college had been a Northwestern game. 4th in line to get in to G10 this morning. Tailgating all day at the railroad tracks.
Had my 10 yr old son beside me in our seats, sporting a bright orange cast from a broken arm a week ago. 12 tickets together for family and our friends. Beers, cheers, and stood up the whole game.
Ended with our Chicago friends saying it was the best sporting event they had ever seen, and my 10 yr old in tears at the win.
