i have been a longtime member of VOLQUEST. And I want that to continue. However I bought my son a membership to Rivals UGA web site. I have been paying for his membership for the last 8 years or so. He was ill and passed away Now I want to close his account. It cost me about $10 per month. They have changed things so much. You cannot reach them by phone. The web site tells you haw to cancel by using the chat service to reach member service. But that has been taken down. They do not respond to email. I see numerous articles on the internet that tell how lots of people arehaving this issue. They are currently paid by direct bank draft. I use to call a contact in Nashivel for pass word issue but looks like that has been closed. Seems that they are located somewhere in California. Does anyone know how they can be reached. My only alternative is to block them form my bank account which would result in me loosing all of my service. Any help would be appreciated. Brent????
