Tennessee has offered Justin Fields out of Georgia.

Fields camped at UT last Thursday and I was told he had a very strong day. Only Emory Jones had a better day and the Vol staff really liked him.

I think this guy could turn into one of their top targets at QB quickly if Jones is a buckeye. We will have a story on him tomorrow AM.
