I was reaching into my truck, to the far side of where I was, when I did I felt my left knee pop on the left side of the knee. It caused me to double over. I can walk fine, however, when I get up from a kneeling position or pivot to my leftist sometimes, not everytime, gives me pain.
Possible cartilage tearing? I don't really feel any burning like I've torn a ligament or anything.
It was a really loud pop. It buckled my knee inside toward my right leg.
Any thoughts?
