So my garage door goes through spurts where it will open a partial amount and stop suddenly. I then have to push it to go down, and then stop it immediately, and push it to go up again. It will do this 4-5 times before fully opening, and it only happens every so often.
It's absolutely maddening. What can I do, other than rip this out and put a new opener in?
