dear facebook,
i always deadlift on friday mornings and this week i hit it fairly hard. i finished off with 10 singles at 90% of my 1RM and it got really hard by the end. the last rep, i was super tired and sorta dug deep to get through it. well i finished, cleared the bar and drove home. when i got out of the truck i sneezed and it felt like someone had stabbed me in the back of my skull. i live in memphis so first i turned around because hey maybe i just got stabbed. there was no attacker behind me and no metal object sticking out of my head so i'm good there. but a couple of times since that first incident i have had blinding pain shoot through my skull.
i'm going to see a doctor next week, the wife won't let me out of that, but i was wondering if anybody else has ever broken their brain lifting weights? it hurts like the dickens for a few minutes and then it'll go away again. just curious if anyone here has experienced something similar.
