have just completed 3 weeks and i am in my 4th week. Yoga today!

Before any of you laugh at the notion of doing yoga...go try it. I can tell you by doing kenpo, plyometrics, and yoga i have NEVER been in such great shape. on the other days you do as many pushups, situps, and pullups and you can hardly imagine in about 50 different ways.

GET IT now from a buddy and do it.

Things you need
DVD's ( get them burned or from a friend) **if anyone is interested i will send you mine free of charge when i am done**** just pay for shipping

pull up bar ( The ones that fit in your doorframe work the best)

push up bars ( YES the bar allows you to get maximum depth in your pushup
and a great form)

Dumbbells ( ok you don't need to buy every lb known. but get a small
weight and a medium to heavy weight. example i have 20 lb
dumbbells and 35lb. you can get interchangeable dumbbells but
there is quite an expense there. your looking at $70 - $200
expense for dumbbells

a chair (for your pull ups, for your dips, lunges, push-ups....etc you can
not imagine what all a chair can do for you)

yoga mat and block (DO NOT SKIP yoga....very very important)


have a calendar (to check mark the days that you have worked out)

Notebook ( keep up with your reps on everything. And each time try to
increase by one or two)

bring a water bottle, a towel, and your A game
