For those of you who have used p90x:
Is the pull up bar a must? I don't have a good place for one where my TV is located. Can you substitute?
Do you use bands or weights? Do the bands work as well as free weights?
Also, do you recommend Power 90 for beginners? I'm pretty out of shape. Haven't done much of anything athletic for about 3 years.
