I think most of us have been assuming that we are recruiting Cotman to play CB - at least that was my understanding.
However, with what he's doing on the offensive side of the ball, our need for RBs/WRs (frankly, just speed and playmakers on offense in general) AND our continued aggressive recruiting of DBs despite having Labruzza/Jackson/Bailey committed, do you think the staff is thinking CJ might start out on the offensive side of the ball first?
Especially if we can't land Akers or another stud WR, starting Cotman on offense would allow us to sign 2 more DBs in the class and maintain plenty of positional balance.
