Eligibility does not count this season. Therefore, all seniors could come back. This has been disgusted by Brent and Co. several times. However, they have been reluctant to express who they believe would be welcomed back and who would not. Here’s the list. What do you think?

Blakely - Would welcome his experience but do you move on to the new guys?

Bumphus - I believe the staff would welcome him back.

Butler - I believe the staff would welcome him back.

Chandler - Talent in the running back room but would be welcomed back if he doesn’t test the NFL waters.

Cimaglia - without question.

George Jr. - How much do the freshman progress and do any underclassmen bolt to the NFL

Guarantano - I believe by seasons end he’ll be able to move on with a smile on his face.

Jackson - Great kid. Time to move on.

B.Johnson - same as Theo Jackson.

De’Andre Johnson - on pace to at least land on a practice squad.

Jahmir Johnson - Interestingly he’s worked his butt off to crave out a role but Morris is our LT.

V. Jones Jr. - Too much talent in the young guns at receiver.

Kennedy - same as JG

Locklear - great role player but staff moves on.

Middleton - will be back.

Palmer - could use another year. Likely jumps and lands on NFL practice squad.

Pope - fan favorite. hometown kid. Likely asked back.

Shamburger - tests the NFL waters.

T. Smith - First Round Pick.

Solomon - comes back. Needs another offseason.

Savion Williams - JUCO player who never made impact.

I hope we have a strong finish to the season and these fine young men get the praise they deserve. This is just my take on the subject. What do you think?
