I was one of those that questioned CRB. Couldn't see him getting it done with 3*'s. I was wrong. He's one hell of a BB coach.

He's definitely doing it his way. Bringing in lower rated kids, coaching them up, and getting unbelievable and unprecedented results. It was easy to question the methods, but you cant argue with the results.

I hope he has no plans to retire!
