but I'll ask anyway. In a story on another site, Des Oliver is quoted as saying (paraphrase), Rick Barnes has earned the right not to have to go out on the trail and sell the program like a second year head coach. He's earned the right not to have to beg kids to come play for him. He's earned the right to hire assistant coaches to do that for him and just show up for the close.

Does that surprise you at all? Is that one of those Lewis Grizzard "I don't think I'da told that" moments.
