Are you all serious?? No way you can really be serious that you would like to see Either Kiffen or Miles as head coach here!!! One bolted after one year for a better job and would again in a heart beat!! Let's even mention he sucked and got fired at that job!!! Also I doubt he could fill a staff right now. Who would want to come coach with him with his track record?
As for Les he couldn't hold onto his job with some of the best talent in the league and the best players in his back door!!! We have a coach now that can't do much better with worse conditions!! Not just no but Hell no on both!!! We need a huge Splash fire to fix this sunken ship people and that list is very, very, small!!!!
