TOS reporting that Eric Lewis will be a new Defensive QC assistant. Was just at Georgia State (Secondary and ST coach) and has an excellent bio for his age with NFL experience as well. Also the son of Sherman Lewis. I imagine he's got some ties in the ATL high schools.
Also, and I guess this isn't new because it seems he's been here since last year, but I noticed Jon Shalala mentioned by Texas CB Trent Gordon, who visited last week. Shalala is a GA - Safeties here, and before coming to UT Shalala was the OL coach at Arizona Western CC. You may recognize that school as the previous home of Jonathan Kongbo AND 2018 targets TE Dominick Wood-Anderson and one other 2018 kid who I can't find because the new interface is so shitty and now I'm super annoyed.
Anyway, the support staff continues to grow and improve, and I'm super impressed with what Butch has gotten done in this area.
