as they hire new coaches? Last couple years, I heard on here that you had to have top 50 players to have a chance to compete, with the exception of the Wichita State, Butler, Gonzaga "models". Think people will be trying to copy what Rick's done, creating a deep, competitive roster of young men who learn their role and execute for the benefit of the team? I do.
I don't think this is lightning in a bottle. I think we'll have top 50 guys in the future here, and sooner than later, but I don't think the focus will ever change away from getting strong young men who want to be taught, coached, and who want to get better, but also want to be a part of building a great program here.
Go Vols!
