Here at the jumping off point to the season the chickens still have not named a QB as none can separate themselves from the other. It is fun watching SOS try to put a positive spin on this--all looking good in practice, so he says-- but for the entire camp he has divided reps with four and continues to do so. Two weeks ago he said he was going to have to settle on fewer so the eventual starter would get more reps. He would like to start Connor Mitch but Mitch has not stood out and in scrimmages continues to throw interceptions and on paper at least, is outplayed by a true frosh.

He is going to have to make a decision soon as game preparations have to get underway for UNC. That is going to be a tough game for the cocks and one I think they probably lose. I hope so anyway, so their season gets off like last year.
