For first time in 20 years buying tix on Stubhub, I showed at stadium and gate said tickets were not valid. These were prime seats. UT ticket sales helped me and the family at least get into the stadium - after I bought four more way up. Never had this happen before and will be following up with Stubhub tomorrow. Collectively the family traveled some 1500 miles for this. Maybe it was an omen. Not sure I will trust Stubhub again. Anyone else have a problem lately? Or advice dealing with Stubhub on this? Again, huge props to the Staff Event team that helped me and the family get to someone who could at least get us in.
