what did ALL of the talking heads tell us before the game? 11 returning starters on off. The most experienced O line in all of college football. They spread, put DBs on an island and move fast....

Read this from BRAJP yesterday:

The match-up that gives you some pause is the Vols' defense versus a very potent Bowling Green offensive attack that will push the pace of play even more than Jones himself does. That offense is no joke, with 11 starters back and proven performers at every position. It should be an excellent challenge for a defense that's just oozing with young talent but still needs to get some experience for key contributors.

With a new starter at middle linebacker and some young faces in the secondary, getting the right calls in and making adjustments on the fly is going to be crucial against the Falcon's tempo. The short passing game will put tackling at an absolute premium, especially from the DBs.

Now, factor in that Martinez is gone and TK in the hospital all week......there's not really any surprises. In fact, pretty good day in Nashvegas! Bring on the Sooners! Go Vols!
