I know a lot of "ifs", but this years game could be historic if the teams are #1 and #2 when the game is played. It has never happened before. 1967 is the only year both teams reached at least #2. That year Bama was #6 and UT was #7. The game was played on October 21, 1967 and UT won 24-13. This year they play LSU after UT, but we play Fla. before Bama. Would love to see it with both undefeated.
