We are a couple of big time players away from being competitive with the big 3. Mims , Mondon, Green, and others could be the ones to get us there. We have good backs with speed but can't break tackles. We need to get a really good big back. We need our coaches to reevaluate their passing game. No one has ever offered me $5 to coach let alone $1mil but anyone can see we need quick passes.
