The ribs. My God. So overcooked and tough. Just covered in sauce to overcompensate. It was like eating rubber. This is the third experience I've had like this in the last 3-4 years. Makes me sad. This was an institution.
Can they really not find someone to fix their BBQ problem? The environment, the setting, is so perfect except that terrible BBQ. They need to take down every last one of those "Best ribs in America" signs. That's embarrassing.
