As far as the worst, Sequoiah High School through its first 6 games has been out scored 192-7 and shut out 5 of 6.
As far as underachieving, the Morristown schools at East and West should be much better. It’s a city with over 30,000 in population in northeast Tennessee. It’s amazing neither has been unable to field a good team in years.
