I thought I would post this as maybe everyone hasn't read all the articles over on Rival's board as to how everyone did today.

If you haven't read all the info at the Rivals site, Cade Mays was just dominant in his one-on-ones today. Farrell was gushing him with praise. Based on his showing I could see him easily being a top 10 kid for 2018. Here is a link to that article.

KD Nixon had a huge night in the 7 on 7 challenge. He scored the winning TD that won his team the championship. There are videos of him scoring on 3 passes. One was a really deep ball, and the other 2 were in the 25 to 30 yard area. Those two were very good catches on the sidelines. Here is a link for the article. It's a rather long article with his videos scattered around.

Here are some more comments on him from another article.

Desoto, Texas, four-star wide receiver K.D. Nixon was a late addition to the Five-Star Challenge roster and took a little time to get acclimated to the big stage. By day’s end, however, the Tennessee commit came up big for the victorious Team Armour, scoring four total touchdowns on the day. At just 5-foot-8 and 181 pounds, Nixon is not the biggest wide receiver, but he is particularly adept at getting separation in the short and intermediate passing game, where he was a favorite check-down option of his quarterbacks.

Finally Lamont Wade won the Defensive Back award for the 7-on-7 tournament. Here is a link to that article.

Here is a summary on his day from another article.

In the morning session it appeared Clairton, Pa., cornerback Lamont Wade might have tweaked his knee. He just did not look his normal self in the one-on-one session, but when the lights turned on and the competition heated up for 7-on-7 play the five-star came alive and took home the defensive back MVP trophy after just missing on the award at the 2015 Five-Star Challenge. Wade led all defensive backs with nine pass break-ups, including two on the final series that sealed the win for Team Armour. Wade also recorded an interception and was the emotional leader of his championship squad.
