When this team just plays and goes all out with no constraints great things happen. When we are being held back by worries or too much thinking we do not play well. The shackles have to be off. The coaches and players must learn to come out LOSE, play ball, and just have fun. They can't be constrained by fear of making mistakes. JMO.
