Antibodies....and tests....explain

Someone who knows what they are talking about explain what having the antibody actually means.....

** It's my understanding having the antibody only partially helps you with the virus in the future. It won't keep you from getting it again (might make it be of lesser strength) and doesn't in any way keep you from spreading it to someone else if you have it again.....

But I might be wrong and would like to know the real facts on this.....
