A couple of things with this.
The initial call by the ref I thought indicated Pass-Catch interference with Targeting. So does that mean JRM was within the 1 yard circle when the ball was caught? If you replay and freeze, that simply isn't the case. JRM was moving so fast that he covered the final 2-3 yards that quickly. The biggest issue is the returner did not signal for a fair catch, did I miss that? If that is going to be a penalty for being that close to the returner, don't you think they need to revise that rule again? That call could be made in almost every game when the returner doesn't call for a fair catch.
